Instant Pot jambalaya made with andouille sausage, rice, bell pepper, onion, celery, and spices. It's an easy dinner everyone will love!

Ingredients

- 36 ozandouille sausages, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 3yellow onions, chopped
- 3green bell peppers, seeded and chopped
- 9garlic cloves, minced
- 3celery ribs, chopped
- 9green onions, chopped
- 3 teaspoonsCajun seasoning
- ¾ teaspoondried thyme
- 1½ teaspoonsdried basil
- 1½ teaspoonsgranulated sugar
- 4½ cupslong grain white rice
- 5¼ cupslow-sodium chicken broth
- 43½ ozdiced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 teaspoonkosher salt
Instructions
- 1.Turn Instant Pot to the sauté setting. Add sausage slices and cook for one minute, scraping up the browned bits from the bottom.
