Easy no-bake bars packed with pumpkin, peanut butter, oats, and protein powder. Great for meal prep snacking.

- ¼ cuppumpkin puree
- 2 cupspeanut butter
- 4 tbspoil
- 4 tsppumpkin pie spice
- 4 tspcinnamon
- 2 tspsalt
- 1 tspvanilla extract
- 8 tbspmaple syrup
- 2 cupsoats
- 1 cupground flaxseed
- 2 cupsprotein powder
- 3 cupsdark chocolate chips
Instructions
- 1.Mix together pumpkin puree, peanut butter, oil, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, salt, vanilla, and maple syrup until smooth.
- 2.Stir in oats, ground flaxseed, and protein powder until fully combined.
