Grilled Chicken Wrap

Seasoned grilled chicken, crisp veggies, and a creamy sriracha sauce wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.

  • 2 (about 12 oz)chicken breast
  • 2large flour tortillas
  • 1 cupromaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 mediumtomato, diced
  • 1avocado, sliced
  • ½ cupcheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbspmayonnaise
  • 1 tspsriracha
  • ½ tsp eachgarlic powder, cumin, salt

Instructions

  1. 1.Season chicken with garlic powder, cumin, and salt. Cook over medium-high heat for 6–7 minutes per side. Rest 5 minutes, then slice.
  2. 2.Mix mayonnaise and sriracha in a small bowl.
  3. 3.Warm tortillas in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side.
  4. 4.Spread sriracha mayo on each tortilla. Layer lettuce, tomato, avocado, chicken, and cheese.
  5. 5.Fold in the sides, roll tightly, slice in half, and serve.
