- ½ cuprolled oats
- ½ cupmilk or plant-based milk
- ¼ cupGreek yogurt
- 1 tbspchia seeds
- 1 tbsphoney or maple syrup
- ½ tspvanilla extract
- for toppingfresh fruit or granola
Instructions
- 1.Combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla in a jar. Stir well.
- 2.Seal and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- 3.In the morning, stir and add a splash more milk if you prefer a thinner texture.
- 4.Top with fresh fruit or granola and serve cold.
Notes
Add toppings just before eating. Try strawberries, banana, granola, or a drizzle of honey.
