  • ½ cuprolled oats
  • ½ cupmilk or plant-based milk
  • ¼ cupGreek yogurt
  • 1 tbspchia seeds
  • 1 tbsphoney or maple syrup
  • ½ tspvanilla extract
  • for toppingfresh fruit or granola

Instructions

  1. 1.Combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla in a jar. Stir well.
  2. 2.Seal and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  3. 3.In the morning, stir and add a splash more milk if you prefer a thinner texture.
  4. 4.Top with fresh fruit or granola and serve cold.

Notes

Add toppings just before eating. Try strawberries, banana, granola, or a drizzle of honey.
