Crispy Beef Tacos

Seasoned ground beef in crunchy shells with all the classic toppings. Taco night done right.

- 1 lbground beef
- 8taco shells
- ½onion, diced
- 2garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbspchili powder
- 1 tspcumin
- ½ tspsmoked paprika
- 1 cupshredded lettuce
- 2tomatoes, diced
- 1 cupcheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ cupsour cream
- ½ cupsalsa
Instructions
- 1.Cook onion in a skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 minute more.
- 2.Add ground beef. Brown, breaking up with a spoon, until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- 3.Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, and a splash of water. Stir and cook 2 minutes until fragrant.
- 4.Warm taco shells per package instructions.
- 5.Fill shells with beef and top with lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
