  • 1 lbground beef
  • 8taco shells
  • ½onion, diced
  • 2garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbspchili powder
  • 1 tspcumin
  • ½ tspsmoked paprika
  • 1 cupshredded lettuce
  • 2tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cupcheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cupsour cream
  • ½ cupsalsa

Instructions

  1. 1.Cook onion in a skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 minute more.
  2. 2.Add ground beef. Brown, breaking up with a spoon, until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  3. 3.Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, and a splash of water. Stir and cook 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. 4.Warm taco shells per package instructions.
  5. 5.Fill shells with beef and top with lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
