  • 1 lblarge shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cupsbroccoli florets
  • 1bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cupsnap peas
  • 3garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tspginger, grated
  • 3 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tspsesame oil
  • 1 tspcornstarch
  • 2 tbspvegetable oil

Instructions

  1. 1.Whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. 2.Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat until very hot. Add oil.
  3. 3.Add garlic and ginger, stir fry 30 seconds. Add broccoli and peppers and stir fry 3 minutes.
  4. 4.Add shrimp and snap peas. Stir fry 2–3 minutes until shrimp turn pink.
  5. 5.Pour in sauce, toss everything together, and cook 1 minute until sauce coats the stir fry. Serve over rice.
