- 1 lblarge shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cupsbroccoli florets
- 1bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cupsnap peas
- 3garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tspginger, grated
- 3 tbspsoy sauce
- 1 tspsesame oil
- 1 tspcornstarch
- 2 tbspvegetable oil
Instructions
- 1.Whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch in a small bowl. Set aside.
- 2.Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat until very hot. Add oil.
- 3.Add garlic and ginger, stir fry 30 seconds. Add broccoli and peppers and stir fry 3 minutes.
- 4.Add shrimp and snap peas. Stir fry 2–3 minutes until shrimp turn pink.
- 5.Pour in sauce, toss everything together, and cook 1 minute until sauce coats the stir fry. Serve over rice.
