- 4 (6 oz each)salmon fillets
- 1 bunchasparagus, trimmed
- 2 tbspolive oil
- 2garlic cloves, minced
- 1lemon, sliced
- 1 tbspDijon mustard
- 1 tbsphoney
- 2 tbspfresh dill or parsley
- to tastesalt and pepper
Instructions
- 1.Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
- 2.Toss asparagus with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on the baking sheet.
- 3.Mix mustard, honey, garlic, and remaining olive oil. Place salmon on the sheet pan and brush with the glaze.
- 4.Top salmon with lemon slices. Bake 15–18 minutes until salmon flakes easily and asparagus is tender.
- 5.Garnish with fresh herbs and serve directly from the pan.
