- 3–4 lbspork shoulder (bone-in)
- 2 tbspbrown sugar
- 2 tspsmoked paprika
- 1 tspgarlic powder
- 1 tspcumin
- 1 cupBBQ sauce
- 16slider buns
- 2 cupscoleslaw mix
- 2 tbspapple cider vinegar
- 3 tbspmayonnaise
- 2 tspsalt
Instructions
- 1.Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, and salt. Rub all over pork shoulder. Let sit 30 minutes at room temp.
- 2.Preheat oven to 300°F. Place pork in a Dutch oven or roasting pan, cover tightly with foil, and roast for 4 hours.
- 3.Rest 20 minutes, then use two forks to shred the pork. Toss with BBQ sauce.
- 4.Toss coleslaw mix with mayonnaise, vinegar, and a pinch of salt.
- 5.Pile pulled pork onto slider buns and top with slaw. Serve warm.
Notes
This recipe is even better the next day — the flavors deepen overnight in the fridge.
