- 2 (3.5 oz each)frozen açaí packets
- 1 largefrozen banana
- ½ cupmixed frozen berries
- ¼ cupalmond milk or coconut milk
- ¼ cupgranola
- ½ cupfresh strawberries, sliced
- ½banana, sliced
- 1 tbsphoney or agave
- 1 tspchia seeds
- 1 tbspcoconut flakes
Instructions
- 1.Break açaí packets into chunks and place in a blender with frozen banana, berries, and almond milk.
- 2.Blend until completely smooth and very thick — it should be much thicker than a drinkable smoothie. Add liquid sparingly.
- 3.Pour into a bowl and arrange toppings in sections: granola, sliced fruit, coconut flakes.
- 4.Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with chia seeds. Serve immediately.
