  • 2 (3.5 oz each)frozen açaí packets
  • 1 largefrozen banana
  • ½ cupmixed frozen berries
  • ¼ cupalmond milk or coconut milk
  • ¼ cupgranola
  • ½ cupfresh strawberries, sliced
  • ½banana, sliced
  • 1 tbsphoney or agave
  • 1 tspchia seeds
  • 1 tbspcoconut flakes

Instructions

  1. 1.Break açaí packets into chunks and place in a blender with frozen banana, berries, and almond milk.
  2. 2.Blend until completely smooth and very thick — it should be much thicker than a drinkable smoothie. Add liquid sparingly.
  3. 3.Pour into a bowl and arrange toppings in sections: granola, sliced fruit, coconut flakes.
  4. 4.Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with chia seeds. Serve immediately.
