Savory seasoned ground turkey with water chestnuts and a hoisin-ginger sauce in crisp lettuce cups.

- 1 lbground turkey
- 1 headbutter lettuce
- 1 can (8 oz)water chestnuts, drained and diced
- 3garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tspginger, grated
- 3 tbsphoisin sauce
- 2 tbspsoy sauce
- 1 tspsesame oil
- 1 tbsprice vinegar
- 3scallions, sliced
- for garnishsesame seeds
Instructions
- 1.Cook turkey in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up, until no pink remains. Drain excess liquid.
- 2.Add garlic and ginger. Cook 1 minute.
- 3.Add hoisin, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Stir to coat. Cook 2 minutes.
- 4.Fold in water chestnuts and scallions. Cook 1 more minute.
- 5.Separate lettuce leaves into cups. Spoon turkey mixture into each cup. Garnish with sesame seeds and extra scallions.
